About Preciva Health
Preciva Health is a private medical practice led by Dr. Rahna Rehman, registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom. Full registration details are published on the Contact page.
Scope of care
Preciva Health provides integrative and longevity-focused private medical consultations. We are not a substitute for NHS primary care or emergency services. If you are experiencing an urgent or life-threatening issue, please contact your GP, call 111, or in an emergency dial 999.
Appointments and fees
- Current fees are listed on the Fees page and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment is due at or before the time of the consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Laboratory tests, imaging, and prescribed medications are charged separately by the relevant provider.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
- If Preciva Health needs to reschedule for clinical or operational reasons, we will offer the next available slot at no additional cost.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, and history.
- Inform us of any changes to your health between appointments where relevant to your care plan.
- Follow agreed next steps and ask questions if anything is unclear.
Medical records and confidentiality
Clinical records are held in line with GMC guidance and UK data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for detail on how information is collected, used, and stored.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, imagery, and the Preciva Health name and mark, is owned by Preciva Health or used under licence. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.
